Agapanthus africana -Blue An essential front border flowering perennial for the Mediterranean garden, which is also fabulous in tubs. Agapanthus africana originates from South Africa, home of so many wonderful flowering shrubs. The strap like foliage is evergreen and the tall nodding blue flowers appear for long periods throughout the summer. Plant singly or in groups in well drained soil.
