Fatsia Japonica This perfectly hardy shrub is indispensable in the exotic garden, its large hand shaped glossy green leaves making the perfect companion for tree ferns and palms. Fatsias thrive in semi shade to deep shade and should not be subjected to full sun which will cause the beautiful leaves to lose their lustre and take on a yellowing appearance.
